Lets recap for a second: The Basic Kit contains 30 commonly found mono and sesquiterpenes as well as related terpenic compounds ( terpenoids ) such as alcohols, ketones, and more. The kit includes common compounds such as: Linalool, d-Limonene, β-Myrcene, δ-Terpinene (Terpinolene), and β-Caryophyllene, as well as less common compounds like Eucalyptol (1,8-Cineole), β-Ocimene, D-Carvone, and many others. This is the foundation kit, and will cover almost all of what is seen in common test panels for flowers and botanical extracts.

The Advanced Kit contains the basic kit, 10 "bonus" terpenoids, as well as 23 additional aroma compounds ( for a total of 63 compounds - upgraded from 50 in v1 and 60 in v1.2-4 ) important to common and popular scents such as: Furaneol, Amyl Acetate, Vanillin, and Methyl Anthranilate - with a focus on esters, aldehydes, ketones, and other aroma compounds responsible for distinct scents and flavors found in the agricultural, culinary, and natural world.
