Shipping Policy
We ship all domestic orders via. USPS Priority Mail, and all international orders via. USPS International FCM Package service. If you would like to make other shipping arrangements, or need a specific courier service due to your location, please reach out and we would be happy to find a solution. Members of the team have worked with smaller and larger international couriers such as DHL and BD and are familiar with safely getting items to even more rural areas around the world.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of the product and lack of individual sealing, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges unrelated to damage. In the event of damage or issues during transit, we will provide a 1:1 replacement of items and provide return shipping for the item within 30 days of original shipping date.
