The Esters and Lactones master kit contains 30 commonly found esters and lactones ( a type of ester ) found in the natural world. The E&L master kit contains all orange group aroma compounds found in the Advanced Kit, as well as the expansion kits, and some we've never introduced to you before.
The kit includes common compounds such as: Amyl Acetate, Benzyl Acetate, and Ethyl Butyrate, as well as less common compounds like Isoamyl Acetate, Isobutyl Isovalarate, Methyl Cinnamate ( first provided in "Balsam" kit ), Sotolone, and many, many others. This is the full range of esters and lactones covered by PSC, and will cover a large amount of compounds found test panels for flowers and botanical extracts.
